OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Winner Selection & Eligibility

  • Selection: Five couples will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  • Status: You must be actively following this account at the time of selection to remain eligible.
  • Exclusions: This giveaway is open to couples 18+ who are not currently booked with us for future services. No purchase is necessary to enter.

2. Scheduling & Timeline

  • Redemption: The session must be scheduled and completed within three (3) months of the winner announcement.
  • Availability: Shoot dates are subject to our current 2026 calendar availability.

3. Location & Travel

  • Included Zones: Sessions held within the city limits of Los Angeles (LA) or San Francisco (SF) incur no travel fees.
  • Destination Shoots: A travel fee will apply to any location outside of these two metropolitan areas. The winner is responsible for all associated travel and lodging expenses for the photography team.

4. Rights & Usage

  • Model Release: To accept the prize, winners must sign a Model Release Form, granting the photographer the right to use the images and video for portfolio and promotional purposes.
  • Non-Transferable: This prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged for cash. The entering couple must be the couple participating in the shoot.
